DIY - Muscle Pain/injury Relief

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Coconut or Jojoba Oil* (even Olive Oil will work)

10 drops of essential oil such as lavender (do NOT use peppermint around any open wounds or sensitive parts of your body). That being said, peppermint is a great cooling agent to help reduce pain and inflammation.

Method:

Mix all ingredients together in a small container with a lid. Preferably glass but any small container will do in a pinch.

How to use:

Gently message into area on your body being careful NOT to go near your eyes, mouth or genital area as well any any open skin wounds as it may irritate these areas and/or cause harm.

​

*As with essential oils, please try a very tiny amount of the carrier oil you will be using, whether coconut, jojoba, etc. and wait a few hours to ensure your skin is not sensitive to the oil. People with skin conditions, especially such as eczema, tend to be sensitive to a variety of oils, especially, Lavender essential oil.
