HORSERADISH HUMMUS
Makes 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 Can (15 oz) chickpeas
1 clove of garlic chopped, or 1 tsp minced garlic from a jar
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin (optional)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 - 6 tbsp horseradish

Directions
1) Drain and rinse chickpeas in stainer
2) Place chickpeas first into the food processor followed by all other ingredients
3) Process until smooth. Taste and add whatever ingredients you would like! Make it your own!
