COLESLAW
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1 bag of shredded cabbage with shredded carrots if available (or 1 medium head of cabbage shredded)
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Directions
1) Mix all ingredients
2) Let sit for 2 hours in refrigerator, best after leaving to marinate overnight
3) Good for about 4 to 5 days - keep in refrigerator
