RASPBERRY CHIA SEED JAM
Makes about 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups - Raspberries (Frozen or fresh)
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice (optional)
1 mason jar or recycle a small glass jar

1) In a small pot place Raspberries over medium heat for a few minutes until warm
2) Use back of spoon to mash the raspberries
3) Add chia seeds and lime/lemon juice if adding
4) Let cool completely before placing in jar
5) Keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
