PURE EATING AND LIVING
Peanut Butter
Makes about 3 cups
INGREDIENTS
3 Cups - Roasted unsalted peanuts
2 tbsp - Avocado oil (EVOO works too!) - optional
1 tsp - pink or sea salt (add more to your liking) - optional

1) Place 3 cups of peanuts in food processor and process on high until it looks smooth
2) Place Avocado oil and salt in slowly as you process it one more time, scraping the sides as needed
3) Place in glass mason jar (I used an empty tomato sauce jar)
